The first business that visitors see upon walking into Arrowpointe Medical Center's spacious lobby is Dermatology Duluth. Dr. Hilary Reich, M.D. opened her practice in March 2022, becoming the first tenant in the recently redeveloped Arrowpointe Medical Center.

"We have a very busy practice," says Dr. Reich. "We care for patients of all ages and offer a wide spectrum of medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology."

Much consideration went into the decision of where to open her clinic. "When I was looking for a place to open my practice, I looked at all available space options in Duluth, as well as the possibility of building. But because it was during the height of COVID, construction costs were going to be 3 and 4 times the cost of renovating an existing building," says Dr. Reich.

"I drove by the Arrowpointe Medical Center building and thought about how much parking space there was. I recognized its proximity to Highway 53, which people will use coming from the Iron Range. The location is an easy zip over from East Duluth, the Hillside area, and even Superior, WI" she said. "I knew it was going to be quite convenient for many of my patients. We decided to go for it, and I’m very glad that we did."

Now in their fourth year at Arrowpointe, Dermatology Duluth's patients are happy with the decision, too. Dr. Reich said, "So many medical patients in northern MN have the expectation that if you come to Duluth you have to deal with the downtown area, parking, and construction, and it’s a real turn-off. But our patients love the parking space and the location of Arrowpointe Medical Center, as well as the ease of getting here from Duluth, the Iron Range, Superior, and beyond."

"The lobby and the entryway are beautiful," said Dr. Reich. "I’m very happy with the physical space." She also added that Titanium Partners is responsive to her practice's needs as a tenant. "The team at Titanium Partners is great. If we need something, they are on it."

Aside from the beautiful indoor and outdoor physical space at Arrowpointe, there are plenty of other benefits of being a tenant of the building. "I really appreciate that I don’t have to deal with things like parking, snow removal, and trash removal, and I can just focus on my practice," says Dr. Reich.

What would Dr. Reich say to other businesses thinking about moving to Arrowpointe Medical Center?

"I would suggest that you just come here and walk around. Look at the gorgeous suites," she said. "Talk to patients about how they’d feel about coming here. Talk to your own patients and ask them, 'If you could have a medical clinic anywhere in Duluth, where would you put it?' They want it to be by the mall, with easy access to Highway 53. Arrowpointe Medical Center is just that."
