Housekeeping

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our dynamic hospitality team! Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces

• Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms by cleaning fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring hygiene standards are met

• Care for floors through sweeping, polishing, and specialized floor care techniques to keep surfaces spotless and safe

• Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, towels, and other supplies to ensure guest satisfaction

• Follow established safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to promote a safe environment for guests and staff

• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold property standards

• Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles within hospitality or industrial settings

• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation

• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high cleanliness standards

• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues effectively

• Familiarity with hospitality industry practices and customer service principles is a plus

Duties

• Assist in deep cleaning of guest room appliances

• Ensure guest room appliances are fully operational

• Provide snow removal services during winter months to keep pathways and parking areas safe and accessible

• Maintain hardscape features like walkways, patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures
