Our FOUNDATION
Titanium Partners was established in 2014, when founder and president, Brian Forcier, wanted to help individuals navigate the complicated world of commercial investing. Since its creation, Brian and his team have worked on hundreds of projects and managed over $800 million of transactions for their clients. Based out of Duluth, Minnesota, Titanium Partners has grown to have properties across Minnesota and the Midwest.
