Titanium Partners is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance
Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of facilities owned and/or managed by Titanium Partners. The Facilities Maintenance Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining the physical assets of the organization, ensuring they are in optimal condition to support daily operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a thorough understanding of facilities management.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive facilities management strategies to ensure efficient and effective operations
Supervise maintenance staff and contractors, providing guidance and support as needed
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly
Manage preventative maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and extend the lifespan of assets
Coordinate repairs, renovations, and upgrades as necessary, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory
Collaborate with other departments to identify facility-related needs and develop solutions, this position works closely with the Director of Property Management and the Vice President
Manage budgets for facility maintenance, tracking expenses and making recommendations for cost-saving measures
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in facilities management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in facilities management, maintenance, project management, and/or a similar experience
Strong knowledge of maintenance management principles and practices
Familiarity with building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.
Proficiency in reading schematics and blueprints
Leadership, supervisory, and customer service skills
Strong problem-solving abilities with a logical approach
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Knowledge of industrial maintenance practices is a plus
