Titanium Partners celebrated the official grand opening of Force on Fifth Avenue, the new extended stay destination in downtown Duluth. Community leaders and partners were on hand for the event, including Mayor Roger Reinert and Sue Ross, CAO of maurices, who spoke and helped welcome Force on Fifth Avenue to the neighborhood.

Mayor Reinert explained that investments like this in our downtown help support our local economy, fellow local businesses, and tax-base growth. Sue Ross shared how excited maurices and other local businesses are to have another option for short-term, mid-term, and extended-stay corporate housing needs.

Brian Forcier, President of Titanium Partners, thanked so many involved and explained the history of the project, larger vision, and next steps - which include a non-profit commercial tenant moving into the Superior Street level next week and plans for a coffee shop in the near future. This is the 17th project Forcier has been involved in along Superior Street.

Thank you to all local media who attended: Fox 21 News, Northern News Now, WDIO, and MPR News.
