Northland Plastic Surgery Thrives at New Arrowpointe Medical Center Location

When Northland Plastic Surgery planned to move to a new location, they took the opportunity to complete a thorough analysis of all available options in Duluth to ensure the best decision for their practice and their patients.

Now, over a year later, they couldn’t be happier with their new home at Arrowpointe Medical Center, a property managed by Titanium Partners.

“Factors that were most important to us were easy access for our patients, free parking, ease of use for our patients, and a location that was within 15 minutes of the hospitals,” said clinic administrator Rachael Perlinger. “We found Arrowpointe Medical Center to be the absolute best option for us, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision.”

After spending 25 of their more than 30 years in business at their previous location, Northland Surgery Center had outgrown their space. At Arrowpointe Medical Center, the clinic started with a blank slate and was able to design a space to suit their patient care needs and their flow of patients.

“I can’t speak highly enough of Brian [Forcier] and his team as building managers,” said Rachael. “Titanium Partners has been wonderful to work with.”

If Rachael has ever expressed a need or concern, Titanium Partners has been very responsive. She recalled that patients initially had some difficulty locating their office when entering the building. “Titanium Partners promptly installed additional wayfinding signage – not just for us, but for the whole building.”

Northland Plastic Surgery is the largest plastic surgery group north of St. Cloud, caring for patients not only in Duluth, but along the North Shore, in northwest Wisconsin, halfway to Fargo, and more.
